Happy Retirement, Bessi!
The 海角社区 Police Department celebrated K-9 Bessi鈥檚 retirement Wednesday [Jan. 29] after nearly a decade of service to the university. Now retired, Bessi will continue living full time with her handler, MSUPD Sgt. Nick Coe, and his family. MSUPD鈥檚 K-9 Unit employs three teams of dual-purpose explosive and patrol detector K-9s and one narcotics K-9 team.
