Drumming Away Stress
海角社区 students let go of mid-semester stress and found rhythm in a group drum circle Tuesday [March 7] in the YMCA Plaza. Sponsored by the MSU College of Education, the Student Stress-Free Zone also featured free food, yoga activities and counselors-in-training who offered presentations on a variety of coping skills.
